Mr.Kevin Hou has over eight-year overseas senior management experience in multi-national direct selling company and once worked as General Manager for Tiens Malaysia, Singapore, Australia and South Africa. As the senior management with rich overseas experience, Mr. Kevin Hou established several overseas branch companies for Tiens Group, such as Malaysia branch, Singapore branch.

From 2006 to 2007, Mr.Kevin Hou was posted as Assistant President of Tiens Asia-Pacific Region cum General Manager of Tiens Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. Under his leadership, Tiens Malaysia sales increased by 100% during this period. At the end of 2007, he was assigned to South Africa to be as Vice President of Tiens Africa Region & General Manager of Tiens Southern Africa Region. During this period, he speeded up the localization management and led to build the BannerStore, the first direct selling supermarket, a very brand new concept combining the direct selling together with retailing industry into Tiens Africa.

Under his leadership, in 2008, the sales of Tiens Southern Africa Region increased by over 65% and Tiens South Africa country sales also increased by 80% compared with 2007. Due to the good performance in sales and excellent management in Southern Africa Region, he received the Outstanding Contribution Award by Tiens Group in 2008.

In 2010, Mr. Kevin Hou is promoted to the President of Tiens Africa Region.
